As a teacher + homeschooler the hairy phonics series are of the best of the best of apps for teaching phonics (sounds of letters). Also teaches writing, blending/reading & spelling. Great graphics; simple short FUN games. Note: this program is for kids whom already know single letter sounds & are up to digraphs (2 letters to make one sound eg ch, ur) & beyond. Great for teaching or revision. Only suggestion: add another activity to teach it another way, eg pick picture that contains that sound.
